Frequently Asked Questions Last update 2 months ago

These answers explain how Clinictus supports treatment requests, provider offers, online consultations, payments, travel planning, privacy, and support. Clinictus is a platform, not a medical emergency service or a substitute for professional medical advice.

01

Getting started

Do I need provider verification to use a patient account?
No. Patient accounts do not use the clinic or doctor verification workflow. Keep your account details accurate and only upload medical documents when they are needed for a treatment request or order.
What is Clinictus?
Clinictus helps patients discover clinics, hospitals, doctors, and online services; submit treatment requests; compare eligible provider offers; and manage their journey in one account. Medical decisions and treatment outcomes remain the responsibility of the chosen provider.
Does Clinictus provide emergency medical care?
No. Clinictus is not an emergency or ambulance service. If you have an urgent medical problem, contact your local emergency number or the nearest healthcare facility.
How do I create a treatment request and who can see it?
You can request an offer from a selected provider or, where available, invite eligible clinics and hospitals to respond. Only providers granted access can view the request. Competing providers cannot see one another’s private offer details.
02

Offers and treatment payments

How do I see what remains payable to the clinic or hospital?
After you accept an offer, your treatment journey shows the Clinictus fee status separately from the remaining provider balance. The accepted offer also keeps the clinic or hospital payment plan and terms available for reference.
What happens when I accept a clinic or hospital offer?
The accepted offer stays visible in your treatment journey with its scope, payment plan, and next steps. Where applicable, Clinictus creates an invoice only for its coordination fee. The remaining treatment balance is paid directly to the clinic or hospital according to the accepted offer terms.
How is a bank-transfer payment verified?
Use the account, amount, currency, and payment reference shown for your order, then upload your receipt. The payment remains awaiting approval until an authorized Clinictus finance user verifies the incoming transfer. Uploading a receipt alone does not activate a service or treatment.
Can I cancel an accepted offer or a completed payment?
An unpaid request or payment can be cancelled only where the relevant screen allows it. After a Clinictus payment is completed, it cannot be revoked from the account. Open a support ticket for a change or refund review; each request is assessed against the applicable terms.
03

Online consultations and provider profiles

Can I request a video meeting before deciding on an offer?
Yes, where the provider enables it. You or the provider can propose one date and time in the private conversation. The other party can accept or request a revision, and meeting updates appear in the conversation and notifications.
How do I book an online consultation?
Choose an available online service, select an open time slot, review the duration and price, and continue to payment. After successful payment, the appointment and any available meeting instructions appear in your bookings.
How are clinic and doctor profiles verified?
A provider may claim a profile and submit the documents requested in the verification workspace. Public visibility does not by itself mean that every paid action is enabled; publishing, booking, and offer permissions can depend on verification, package, and administrator review. Patient accounts do not use the provider-verification workflow.
Why is an action unavailable on a profile or service?
Availability can depend on the provider’s published service, open calendar slots, verification status, package permissions, or the current order status. The page should show the next available action or explain when the provider must complete a step first.
04

Travel, privacy, and support

How can I request deletion of my account?
Use the account settings area to submit an account-deletion request. Some financial, medical, or legal records may need to be retained for the applicable period, but the request is reviewed and the outcome is communicated through your account or support channel.
Are flights, hotels, transfers, and culture tours part of my treatment payment?
No. Travel services are separate from treatment offers. Availability, final prices, payment, and cancellation conditions are shown by the relevant travel provider, and some bookings continue in that provider’s secure checkout.
Who can access my files and private offer details?
Your medical files, receipts, and private conversations are available only to the account owner and the authorized parties involved in that request, order, or review. Other providers cannot view competing offers or your private documents.
Where can I get help?
Use the Support area in your account to open a private ticket with the relevant order, treatment request, payment, or technical issue. Keep payment references and supporting documents in the same ticket so the team can review the case safely.
