01

Clinictus and the patient journey

What is Clinictus?
Clinictus is a health and medical tourism platform that helps patients request offers from verified clinics, hospitals, doctors, and experts, communicate with them, and manage their healthcare journey online.
Does Clinictus provide emergency medical care?
No. Clinictus is not an emergency or ambulance service. If you have an urgent medical problem, contact your local emergency number or the nearest healthcare facility.
Is it free to create a treatment request?
Creating a treatment request and receiving hospital offers is free. Paid services are shown only when you choose a treatment, online consultation, hotel, transfer, tour, or another additional service.
Can I create a request without registering?
Yes. You can create a quick request with your email address. To view hospital offers, chat with providers, and manage the request securely, you need to complete your patient account.
Who can see my request?
Your request can only be viewed by eligible clinics, hospitals, or doctors with the right access. Your identity and contact details are protected according to the required security rules.
Are my medical files and photos safe?
Reports, test results, photos, and other files you upload are visible only to authorized parties involved in the relevant review process. They are not shared with unnecessary people or organizations.
02

Offers, clinics, and doctors

How do hospitals send offers for my request?
Eligible hospitals and clinics review your request and may send private offers including treatment scope, estimated price, process notes, and next steps.
Can hospitals see each other's offers?
No. Clinics and hospitals cannot see competitors' offer details. They can only see the number of offers submitted for the request.
What happens after I accept an offer?
After accepting an offer, the process moves to private communication and planning with the selected hospital or doctor. Payment, appointment, and treatment steps can then be managed more clearly.
Are clinic and doctor profiles verified?
Clinictus applies validation and visibility checks. Patients should still review profile details, reviews, service information, and offer terms carefully before making a decision.
Can I book an online consultation?
Yes. Eligible doctors, psychologists, dietitians, and experts may offer online consultations. Availability, pricing, and session details are shown on the relevant profile or service page.
Does Clinictus guarantee treatment results?
Clinictus provides the platform and process management. Medical decisions, treatment plans, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the relevant healthcare provider or expert.
03

Payments, invoices, and cancellations

Where are payments completed?
The payment route depends on the selected service. Some services may be paid through Clinictus, while travel or partner services may continue through a secure provider checkout.
Can I see the total amount before payment?
Yes. Before confirmation, the price, currency, service scope, and cancellation terms are shown as clearly as possible.
Who issues the invoice?
Invoices or receipts depend on the service type. Treatment invoices are usually issued by the healthcare provider, while hotel or travel documents are issued by the relevant supplier.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the selected offer, room, service, or supplier policy. Non-refundable services may retain part or all of the payment after cancellation.
When does a deposit start the treatment process?
A deposit or prepayment may start the treatment planning process depending on the accepted offer terms. Commercial commission details are not shown to patients.
What should I do if payment fails?
Check your card details, bank security approval, and internet connection. If the problem continues, create a support ticket and include your payment reference.

Where can I see hotel cancellation rules?
Cancellation and refund information is shown on the room or rate option. Non-refundable or partially refundable options may include supplier charges after cancellation.
Can transfer services be included in my healthcare journey?
Where available, airport, hotel, hospital, or clinic transfers can be planned separately. Scope and pricing depend on the selected provider.

Your patient panel can show treatment requests, offers, accepted processes, travel bookings, support tickets, and relevant communication channels.
How do notifications and messages work?
You may receive in-app or email notifications for requests, offers, messages, bookings, and support updates. Some security-related notifications may be required.

Registered users can create a private support ticket from the support tickets area by choosing a subject, category, and description. Replies are tracked in the same panel.
How are my account and personal data protected?
Clinictus follows account access, authorization, privacy, and data minimization practices. Sensitive health data should only be shared with necessary authorized parties.
Can I see another patient's request?

Does Clinictus support multiple languages?
Yes. The platform can be used in multiple languages. The patient's preferred language helps make the request and communication process clearer.

Clinics, doctors, and partners

How can a clinic or hospital join?
Clinics and hospitals can apply by choosing the relevant account type on the registration form. Profile visibility and bidding rights depend on verification.
Can doctors or experts add services?
Yes. Doctors and experts can register with the relevant account type and add profile, specialty, language, and service details. Online consultation services may be published when eligible.
How does the affiliate program work?
Affiliates can refer patients using their own referral link or code. Referrals are tracked with simple statuses, and commissions are generated only for eligible successful journeys.
What are Growth, Agency, and Elite partnerships?
Free Affiliate is the entry level. Growth Partner is upgraded manually based on performance. Agency and Elite partnerships are reviewed through a contact and evaluation process.
Why can't clinics see other clinics' offer details?
This protects patient privacy, competitive safety, and fair offer management. Clinics can only see their own offer and the total number of offers.
Does being visible on Clinictus mean automatic approval?
No. Profile, service, and offer permissions depend on account type, verification status, packages, and admin controls.
